Move-in payment: DKK 29,960, that is deposit DKK 22,470 (three months' rent at the 12-month rate) plus the first month's rent DKK 7,490. No prepaid rent, and the deposit is paid only after the lease is signed.
Utilities are paid on account (DKK 500 per month) and settled annually. Internet is not included but can be arranged as an add-on, live from day one.
