Our apartments are ready from day one with furniture, bedding and a fully equipped kitchen.

We are Bolio, a local landlord with more than 500 homes in Odense since 2013. We both own, furnish and rent out the apartments, so your company has one single point of contact for everything, and our office is five minutes from the city centre.

The terms that matter

How we work with companies

Company lease

Your company can be the contracting party, with your employee registered as the resident. CPR registration for the employee is still possible.

Simple invoicing

Rent is collected via LeverandørService (Danish supplier direct debit) or paid by bank transfer, including from foreign accounts by IBAN.

Swap the occupant

Employee rotating home? Companies can substitute the occupant during the lease period. The lease and deposit stay in place, no new paperwork from scratch.

Scale when you need to

Need several units, or specific sizes and locations? With 500+ homes in Odense we can furnish additional apartments at short notice for your team.

Terms at a glance: leases from 3 months, notice period 3 months or an agreed fixed end date. Deposit is three months' rent per unit, paid only after the lease is signed. Rent is VAT-exempt. Internet is not included but can be arranged as an add-on so the connection is live from day one. Bedding and linen are included; cleaning is available on quote.
